About this League
This is a series of team galas and you are invited to attend by your coach. This year the format has changed and it is now a series of 5 meets, this gala has time restrictions, if the winner exceeds the time they will receive a time fault and no points, the team with the most points winning the championship.
The final gala will be a stand alone event with no time penalties
